WST Quartz: Contract production / Contract filling

In addition to our wide range of products we also offer our customers the filling and packaging of various bulk goods and the colored or transparent coating of granular products. Labeling with own label would be possible.

Labeling with own label

With our automated packaging line it is possible to offer bulk goods in many fractions in PE or paper bags with dosages of 10 - 25 kg.

The labeling can be done in your own label if desired also with a given barcode. The goods are packed on Euro pallets and secured with stretch film for transport.

Quality control

The transparent or colored sheathing of bulk goods with high-quality epoxy resins or light-stable polyurethane can be offered in batches of max. 5 tons or approx. 4 m³ depending on the density.

A later Classification and the production-related control by our laboratory complete the contract production.
